each session is tailored to meet your needs + goals, determined in part by the intake form sent before your first session. during our first session I’ll lay the framework for the menstrual cycle from both a physiological + energetic perspective.

our time together can include support in transitioning off (or continuing to heal from) hormonal birth control, guidance in fertility awareness method (FAM) charting for contraception or conception, nutrition + lifestyle suggestions, herbal support and knowledge regarding how to orient around the energetics of your cycle. what is brought forth in these sessions is an amalgamation of learned teachings through the TCM lens, my understanding + experience of female physiology and intuitive reflections.

I will help you decipher symptoms as signals pointing to a root cause and assure you get the care + answers you deserve if you are working with a health care provider.
